Yoga offers the possibility to relax, to strengthen and to prevent the consequences of a non-ergonomic workplace. The courses are offered online which allows your employees to practice in a relaxing yet empowering environment. The courses are aimed at all levels, previous experience is not required.

I offer online yoga classes in a relaxing yet empowering environment for you and your employees. The session lasts from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your needs. Stretching and relaxing the body with Focus on the neck, shoulders and back. We will combine the breath with movement and fun to release tension and recharge and leave participants with new energy for the rest of the day or week.
