At Lamicke Yoga I help you connect with yourself, become more present and aware through yoga and other mindfulness techniques.
I have benefited greatly from my yoga practice and being a yoga teacher is my way of giving back, my sadhana. In January 2021, I completed my 500-hour hatha yoga teacher training and am a certified yoga teacher with the European Federation of Yoga Teachers. I have been actively teaching in various settings since 2018 and practicing yoga is part of my daily routine.
