We often talk of self care and love and the wish to incorporate this in our daily routine. Well 10 days of Christmas is an opportunity to offer yourself this and jumpstart your self-care routine. Consciously setting aside time to do something just for YOU.

What to expect: We will be spending up to 10 minutes each day practicing yoga and meditation / reflecting on various topics. Feel good flow and prompts to help us dive deeper within us. The sessions are open for all levels whether it’s your very first yoga practice or you are a seasoned yogi.
